Chongqing Shichengzhiguang Optics Co., Ltd. focuses on the core demand for high-precision optical component processing. Guided by the principle of "quality supported by sophisticated equipment and precision guaranteed by accurate testing", the company has established a professional system of production and testing equipment. On the production side, it is equipped with more than 20 sets of precision asphalt ring polishers, four-axis polishers, and high-precision milling grinders. These devices can efficiently complete the fine grinding and polishing processes for a variety of products, including reflectors, prisms, and silicon carbide components, meeting both mass production and customized processing needs for components of different specifications. On the testing side, the company is furnished with D450/D200 flat interferometers, 0.5-second goniometers, and high-precision thickness gauges. It implements a full-process closed-loop quality control, covering everything from the verification of raw material specifications to the testing of finished products (including surface figure (PV value), parallelism, and surface finish). This ensures that the product precision stably reaches λ/10@633nm and the surface finish complies with the 20/10 standard.
