In terms of optical design services, we break through the limitation of "conventional design" and have built a full-process closed-loop capability from "demand analysis - system modeling - simulation optimization - sample verification - batch adaptation". The core members of the team all have more than 10 years of optical design experience and are proficient in international top optical design software such as ZEMAX, Code V, and LightTools. They can achieve precise breakthroughs for the special needs of different scenarios: For example, the integrated transceiver optical system designed for customers in the lidar field, through the combination optimization of aspheric lenses and free-form surfaces, controls the beam divergence angle within 0.1°, increases the target recognition distance by 30%, and solves the problem of multi-channel optical path crosstalk at the same time; The micro-optical module designed for medical endoscopes integrates 6 high-precision lenses in a space with a diameter of only 3mm, realizes 120° ultra-wide-angle imaging, and the aberration correction accuracy reaches λ/20@633nm, meeting the strict requirements for high-definition image quality and low distortion in minimally invasive surgery; For the optical system of industrial testing equipment, through polarized light control and stray light suppression design, the detection accuracy is increased from 0.01mm to 0.005mm, adapting to the micron-level defect detection needs of semiconductor wafers and precision parts. In terms of precision coating services, we rely on "high-end equipment + core technology + strict quality control" to create a diversified film system solution covering the entire spectrum of visible light, infrared, and ultraviolet, which can meet the coating processing of different substrates (glass, silicon carbide, sapphire, monocrystalline silicon, etc.) and different performance requirements. In terms of equipment, we have introduced world-class equipment such as Japanese Optorun optical coating machines, metal sputtering coating machines, and ultraviolet low-absorption coating machines, and built an industry-leading coating production line: The Japanese Optorun coating machine adopts electron beam evaporation and ion-assisted coating technology, combined with a high-precision crystal oscillator thickness monitoring system with a resolution of 0.1nm, which can accurately deposit more than 50 layers of complex film systems. For example, the high-reflection film customized for laser equipment has a stable reflectivity of >99.9% in the 1064nm band, a laser damage threshold of 20J@1064nm, 10ns, 10Hz, and no film degradation phenomenon during long-term use; The metal sputtering coating machine deposits metal films such as gold, silver, copper, and aluminum on various substrates through magnetron sputtering technology, with a film thickness control accuracy of ±1nm. The film density far exceeds the industry standard. Verified by cross-hatch test (adhesion grade 0) and salt spray test (no corrosion for 48 hours), it completely solves the pain points of traditional metal films that are easy to fall off and oxidize, and adapts to the long-term outdoor use needs of aerospace equipment; The ultraviolet low-absorption coating machine is specially designed for the ultraviolet band of 190nm~400nm, equipped with a vacuum ultraviolet spectrum real-time monitoring system, which can accurately suppress the absorption loss of the film in the deep ultraviolet region. In the 193nm excimer laser band, the film absorption rate is <0.5%, the reflectivity is >99.5%, and the laser damage threshold is >10J/cm², fully meeting the high-end coating needs of semiconductor lithography equipment and ultraviolet disinfection equipment. At the same time, we have established a full-process quality control system for coating. Each batch of products is tested by equipment such as D450 flat interferometer, spectrophotometer, and laser damage threshold tester. The film thickness uniformity is controlled within ±2%, and the surface finish reaches the 20/10 standard, ensuring the performance consistency and stability of each coated component and providing solid support for the core competitiveness of customers' products.
