At the 26th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE) 2025 in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center, Chongqing Shichengzhiguang displayed high-precision optical cold working components, enabling multi-industry upgrades

 

From September 10th to 12th, the 26th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE) was held in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center, with a massive exhibition space of 300,000 square meters. This year's exposition featured both optoelectronics and semiconductor displays, gathering over 3,800 high-quality companies from around the world. These companies focused on eight core areas including optical communication, laser manufacturing, intelligent sensing, and more [__LINK_ICON].

Chongqing Shichengzhiguang participated in the exposition with multiple high-precision cold working components, becoming a focal point in the precision optics exhibition area due to their rigorous production standards and scene-specific adaptability.

For this exposition, Chongqing Shichengzhiguang closely followed the trend of "optoelectronics + applications" and highlighted three core optical cold working component series. In response to the rapidly growing demand for optical communication upgrades, they exhibited high-power laser window pieces produced through quartz-based cold processing technology. These pieces had a surface accuracy better than λ/10 and a parallelism of ≤10 seconds. Additionally, they introduced customized high-precision optical components with processing diameters ranging from 10-500mm and a surface roughness as low as 0.5nm. These components could balance optical performance and achieve uniform transmission or directional reflection effects.

The technical leader of Chongqing Shichengzhiguang said at the exposition, "Optical cold processing is a core foundation of the optoelectronic industry. We have been dedicated to this field for many years, and each product has undergone multiple rounds of precision calibration and field testing. The dual exhibition mode of this exposition allows us to precisely connect with downstream needs in semiconductor, new energy, and other fields, and we can more clearly grasp the technical direction of 'high precision, miniaturization, and customization'."

During the exposition, the exhibition booth of Chongqing Shichengzhiguang attracted many professional visitors who lingered for in-depth exchanges. With the high stability and process compatibility of their components, the company has established initial cooperation intentions with several universities and research institutes, with two having signed sample testing agreements. Many visitors commented that the performance of their products in terms of surface accuracy and batch consistency could effectively solve core fitting pain points in high-end manufacturing fields.
